1. Clean the site and install insulation sheet
Check subfloor condition, clean debris and install insulation sheet where specified before panels are placed.
Confirm subfloor flatness, moisture and door-clearance limits before installation.
Note: Final installation details depend on subfloor condition, local code, heat-source design and installer judgment.

2. Install Charcoal Ondol bottom panels
Place terminal panels near the manifold location and install bottom panels according to the planned layout.
Plan manifold location and tubing length for each heating zone.
Note: Final installation details depend on subfloor condition, local code, heat-source design and installer judgment.

3. Install heating tubing
Lay tubing in balanced zones, avoid kinks and keep supply and return paths organized.
Keep tubing bends clean and avoid hidden joints under the finished floor.
Note: Final installation details depend on subfloor condition, local code, heat-source design and installer judgment.

4. Organize tubing near the manifold
Prepare supply and return tubing cleanly before connecting to the manifold or heat source.
Test circulation and pressure before finish flooring is installed.
Note: Final installation details depend on subfloor condition, local code, heat-source design and installer judgment.

5. Install Charcoal Ondol top panels
Cover the lower panel joints with staggered top panels and secure them when site conditions require it.
Confirm subfloor flatness, moisture and door-clearance limits before installation.
Note: Final installation details depend on subfloor condition, local code, heat-source design and installer judgment.

6. Connect manifold and boiler
Connect the tubing to the manifold and heat source using appropriate fittings and qualified trade coordination.
Plan manifold location and tubing length for each heating zone.
Note: Final installation details depend on subfloor condition, local code, heat-source design and installer judgment.

7. Install finish flooring
Test the heating system before installing compatible finish flooring such as tile, wood, laminate or LVP.
Keep tubing bends clean and avoid hidden joints under the finished floor.
Note: Final installation details depend on subfloor condition, local code, heat-source design and installer judgment.
